Do you do commissions or trades?
I am accepting the occasional commission. Please use my contact form with your idea and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible. The likelihood I accept it is based on my current workload.

Did you go to art school?
I am primarily self-taught. I don’t think a traditional school is necessary but it can benefit learning techniques and force you to learn if you lack the motivation.

USA Shipping: postcards & stickermail
For USA orders containing postcards and stickers. This shipping option is a stamped envelope that comes with no tracking. Orders will typically arrive within 1-4 weeks. due to it not having tracking, only re-sends are available.
✦ USPS first class: tracked shipping for USA orders. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Orders typically arrive within 3-7 days.
Please triple-check your address before checking out! putting the incorrect address on your order delays its shipping time. I’ll send out an email asking for a corrected address before shipping it off. If your order is returned to my p.o. box due to an incorrect address, you’ll have to pay a little extra to cover the new shipping label. Thank you!

Orders going to all countries outside of the USA containing postcards and/or stickers. This shipping option is a stamped envelope that comes with no tracking. orders will typically arrive within 2-12 weeks. due to it not being able to track this shipping option, only re-sends are available. (unless your country is not currently available for tracked mail)

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. orders typically arrive within 1-4 weeks. due to the price of shipping labels outside of the USA, only refunds are available for this option.

We pack our products with eco-friendly packaging that pads the items.
BREAKAGE
Report any breakage in a domestic shipment to our email within 5 business days of receipt.
We are not responsible for damage during shipping. Customers must file a claim with the carrier.
Exchanges are not provided for international shipments; broken items will be refunded with proper documentation.
Clay works do not come with a warranty. Clay products are naturally fragile. If you encounter issues with your clay products, please send an email with details and we will help resolve the issue.

Clay products dishwasher safe?
Absolutely! For dishwashing, we recommend a gentle, environmentally-friendly detergent to maximize extending the life of your dishes and the glaze finish.

"Seconds" & Grade A vs Grade B
“Seconds” are marked-down items that have varying flaws such as: Glaze imperfection, various degrees of warping, kiln debris, small cracks, large pinholes, and testers.
“Grade” refers to the quality of a product. Due to the nature of hand-made items, I cannot make each product perfect every time. Even manufactured products sometimes have imperfections! So, in order to fairly price each item I split them into two grades, a & b.
Grade A is a product with no flaws, and will have the original price.
Grade B goodies will have slight flaws like an imperfect cut line, little scratches, etc. Products labeled as grade b will be sold at a discounted price. Grade B goods still deserve a home! Throwing out an item because of minor flaws creates more waste, costs me more money, and wastes all the time and love I put into it!
Please note that handmade products are not always “perfect.” These imperfections do not affect the function of the item and are not reasons eligible for refund or exchange: glaze irregularity, “glaze waves”, tiny pinholes, bubbles, fingerprints, small blue dots or brown specks from the clay, or imperfections on the bottom side of the piece, etc.

Lost and damaged packages
We are keeping our fingers crossed that this does not happen, but we know bad luck still happens once in a while!
✦ If you receive a damaged product or do not receive one at all, please send a message! We will look into the issue immediately and help you submit a claim to the carrier. This process looks different for every case, but the goal is for you to receive your order, get a replacement order, or get a refund by the end.
✦Things that we do not cover
We need the correct address! Autofill can be tricky sometimes. Please make sure you double-check your address.
If you live outside of the USA - you may be asked to pay customs or other fees (depending on your location) before receiving your package. These are to be covered by you as the customer. If you choose not to pay the customs fee - we do not provide refunds for this.
